CITREP Endorsed

The Project Management Professional (PMP) course and certification is CITREP endorsed. CITREP supports up to 50% of course and certification fees, capped at $3000 per trainee (whichever is lower). The candidate is required to complete the course and achieve the PMI’s PMP certification status within 1 year from the date of ourse commencement.

The programs enables the participants to manage all aspects of a project; including people, facilities, IT and finance and direct them towards a project goal. The course is conducted via lectures and real time examples, through experiential learning. The lectures are reinforced using case studies and practice test questions. Discussions on past experiences in Project Management, best practices in the industry and real life experiences prepare the candidate to confidently appear for the PMP® Exam. The course is intended for those who manage or lead projects and/or members of a project team who intend to adorn themselves with the globally acclaimed PMP® certification.

Objective

The course is designed in line with the guideline book PMBOK by Project Management Institute (PMI),USA Objective of the course is to impart Project Management knowledge to the participants and prepare them to ace the Certification Examination namely Project Management Professional (PMP®) awarded by PMI .

The course is intended for those who manage or lead projects and/or members of a project team who intend to adorn themselves with the globally acclaimed PMP® certification.

Program Duration & Certification

5 Day (35 hrs) from 9 am to 5 pm, inclusive of daily 1 hr lunches and 2 tea breaks. Candidates will be awarded 35 PDUs and a Certificate of Participation from the Institute. This satisfies one of the eligibility criteria to sit for PMP exam.
