Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
The PGDBM Programme facilitates learning in theory and practice of different functional areas viz. Economics, Finance, General Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Production & Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour and Strategic Management, to equip the students with an integrated approach to management function and managerial skills.
The course work for the PGDBM Programme consists of 21 core courses and 18 elective courses. The Institute awards the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management to participants who successfully complete all the requirements of this programme.

Elective Packages
During the second year of the two-year programs, the students take up optional (elective) courses in their respective areas of specialization. The list of elective courses is given in this section. However, designing and floating of any given elective course is dependent on the market requirement, minimum number of registrations and other related factors. Emphases are laid on applied knowledge and case discussions. Students are encouraged to undertake research studies in their field of interest and specialization as term papers.
